Manage Your License

With our license manager you can check the status of your license or recover it if you've forgotten or can't find the original email that we sent you.

It’s also handy for unpairing your license, for example if you got a new computer.

You can easily check the status, recover or unpair your Flow license from an old machine. Here’s the link:

To manage your license…

1. Enter your email address
2. Click the link in the email we send you

Now, you can check the status of your license or recover the key if you have lost our original email.

Unpair Your License

Flow can be used on a single machine. So, if you have different comps at home / work unpairing will help you use Flow in both places.

1. Check the box at the right of your license
2. Click unpair

Now, your license will be useable on a different comp.
